(1). Fresh Admission for all classes I, II, III, IV, VI & VII have been completed and the strength of the Vidyalaya as on 31.07.2010 is 365. Each class has the maximum strength i.e. 40 as per the admission guidelines.                             (2). Van Mahotsav was celebrated on 9/07/2010 with the plantation of more than 100 plants by the teachers and the students.                         (3). The PTA general body meeting was conducted on 20/07/2010 & election to the PTA executive body was held. The academic performance of the students of KV Jamtara was reviewed.                        (4). Vidyalaya corridors have been beautified with the portraits of the scientists leaders and other information.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Jamtara is a promising educational institution . Since its inauguration by Sri Madhu Koda, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand on 9 th April 2008 , it has established a dazzling reputation of Being and Becoming come what may.

It's very much on the way to create a tradition of excellence that is bound to lead the way towards an intellectual horizon, towards man making education and towards redeeming the Hope of mankind.
